As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in our roots, being locally owned and operated right here in San Diego. Our story is one of passion and commitment, with our founder's wife, a native of Valhala, Granite Hills, and Steel Canyon, learning the trade during high school, embodying our dedication to quality craftsmanship.

Jonas Newell started Solid Electrical Services in 2021. Jonas has Associates Degrees in Robotics, Programmable Logic Controllers as well as Code and Electrical Theory. As certified Master Electrician in both Nevada and California  and a certified Journeyman Electrician in  Nevada, Nebraska, and California he still continues to gain knowledge in the field. He is member of the Solar energy International Alumni while holding  certifications with

Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program (EVITP) , Enphase, 

Sunpower and gained continued education certificates on the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) and  National Fire Protection Association(NFPA) changes.
